Rigid Box
Rigid Boxes, also known as set-up boxes, are robust and do not fold or collapse like foldable boxes. They are often regarded as premium packaging solutions, particularly when the product's value is viewed as high, and they are utilized when the product inside is heavy and requires additional support. An iPhone box serves as an example of a rigid box.

The material used for rigid boxes is most commonly based on solid board such as greyboard. Greyboard is a compressed, multi-layered pulp material made primarily from recycled cellulose fibers, which provides the box with high rigidity and strength. The covering material of the box can be either coated paper (art paper) or specialty paper. Coated paper is characterized by a very smooth surface and high whiteness, which allows for excellent print quality. Its stiffness depends on the grammage; however, it is typically used as a covering layer rather than a structural component.
